As in most public places, people waiting for the arrival of persons, who could be close or otherwise. There is a sense of anticipation, as time goes by boredom sets in, you tend to look for diversions. I am reminded of an incident that happened while waiting to pick up a person who was supposed to come from Delhi. Among a lot of people waiting were a mother in Burqa and her two sons, the children maybe around seven and nine. The announcements of the Flights on the monitor, the coming of passengers with their trolleys among them was a jovial looking young man with eager anticipatory looks, and the jovial face looked even more happy when he saw the woman and children, the smile and laughter and shouting between the children, the elder son just crossed the railing , and his father just picked him up and started chatting away the younger one also followed, they were lost in their own world he walked towards his wife and they hugged and kissed, it looked as if it would not end at all,god knows they were meeting after how long, and then he set about unpacking his luggage there itself, and taking out all the gifts, and distributing ....... the suitcases unpacked everything strewn out it looked as if he had reached home, and to think that it was happening in one of the most conservative parts of the globe, no cameras clicked to record, no interference from the lawmakers or protectors, it was just another incident in memory.
